EVERYBODY
Everybody, the UK's first release, came in 7" (W9899) and 12" (W9899T) only and never was any picture sleeve issued. Both pressings are now very hard to find in the UK and will certainly cost a small fortune; the 7" has recently appeared on sale for over £100, and is slightly rarer than the 12".
LUCKYSTAR
Luckystar, issued in 1983, appeared here in the UK in 7" (W9522) and 12" (W9522T) formats, both in identical 'Sunglasses' picture sleeve.
The 7" is now certainly the rarest commercially released pressing from the UK, and copy of the 7" 'Sunglasses' single will certainly set you back at least £250.
The 12" pressing, although scarce, can easily be acquired within the UK for as little as £30, un like the limited edition pressing, possibly the UK's first, which came with a Free Poster, complete only with promotional sticker, and definately, if found, cost £60 up.
Finally, there is also a semi-promotional 12" (W9522TV) which comes in a plain white sleeve with two wonderful stickers, one credits 'Madonna', the other, 'US Remix'. This pressing, although rare, can be found quite easily so only sells at around £75
HOLIDAY
The third track taken from the 'Madonna' album. Just two formats, 7" (W9405) and 12" (9405T), both carrying different picture sleeves.
Yes, the 7" carried a 'Chains' picture, as used throughout Europe at this time, and the 12" was issued with 'Train' sleeve.
Incidently, the 7" also included a unique label design (Stage Two), very different to regular labels issued by 'Sire' at the time. These pressings are still easy to find, although a copy in mint or a copy of the 12" with additional 'Copyright Control' wording may not be quite so easy to find.
REISSUED LUCKYSTAR
The reissued 'Luckystar' 7" (W9522) now included a 'Bangles' style sleeve (and plenty of little stars), the disc stayed identical (Stage One) and can still be easily found, but in mint condition expect to pay around £15. The 12" (W9522T) now included a 'TV Screen' picture sleeve and identical disc to the original (Stage One). The 12" was accompanied by a now rare Free Poster limited edition, fetching upwards of £50 in any condition. The regular pressing still fetches upwards of £20, a lot more if in perfect condition.
BORDERLINE
A far more simple affair, two regular formats both with identical 'Map' sleeves. These original pressings seem only to include a '9----' catalogue number prefix which can be found on the reverse side of the sleeve, the only feature that distinguishes this pressing from the reissue a year later. The original 7" (W9260) and 12" (W9260T) both included the Stage One label design.
Wow, and what a wonderful limited edition that accompanied the 7", a totally unique Double Pack (W9260F). This comprised of the 'Borderline' single and 'Holiday' ('Chains' sleeve) single, shrunk wrapped and complete with special promotional sticker. This pressing can be found for around £40 if mint and sealed.
LIKE A VIRGIN
The first major hit in the UK, 'Like A Virgin' surfaced with three different 7" (W9210) pressings: a regular copy with yellow paper 'Sire' label, and two Plastic Pressed Label Top-Upsone with silver label, the other had a dark-blue label.
The 12" (W9210T) is now fairly scarce, but copies of this in limited edition from with Free Poster are now very hard to find, fetching £25 in mint condition.
Remember, always check that any limited editions you plan to buy come complete with their promotional stickers.

MATERIAL GIRL
Another hit single here in UK, offering three 7" singles comprising of a regular pressing (W9083) in 'Silk' picture sleeve and two Top-Up copies, a silver label and blue label.
A regular 12" (W9083T) surfaced along with one which included 'Coptright Control' wording on the label, this being very scarce indeed. Once again a limited edition pressing (W9083T) with Free Poster graced the shelves of record stores throughout the UK, this is now fairly scarce and fetches up to £25 in mint condition.
There has always been a rumour concerning the existance of a 7" pressing with poster sleeve, but this is utter cack and there isn't one.
A complete run down of every UK limited edition release can be found within the "Limited Edition Chronicle", in the 'MADONNA ULTIOGRAPHY COLLECTORS GUIDE'.
