EVERYBODY
Everybody produced a 7" (29841) and 12" (29899); the 12" came with 'street scene' picture sleeve and is still very much available, where as the 7" is very hard to find and no picture sleeve was ever issued. The 7" seems to fetch £15 and up which seems very little in comparison to the UK's debut release which fetches over £100 in mint condition!

BURNING UP
Definately issued in 12" (29715), which is still available on catalog in America, and comes with 'twenty faces' picture sleeve. The 12" can still be acquired for as little as £10, which is true of nearly all American commercial maxi singles, although initially, the early pressings (1982-1984) didn't include a barcode on their sleeves, where as those re-pressed later and those still being pressed today all include a barcode.
I have recently been informed from two of America's most knowledgeable music collectors (Steve Caraco & Tim Neely) that there was never a 7" release of 'Burning Up'.

HOLIDAY
Only a 7" (29478) was issued which came in a plain sleeve and is now very hard to find so will probably set you back £20.

LUCKY STAR
Only a 7" (29177) was issued which came only with plain sleeve, and is as hard to find as the previous two singles.

BORDERLINE
Came in the two regular formats, both are now rare. The 7" (29354) came without picture sleeve while the 12" (20212) came with a 'bangles' variation picture sleeve which is certainly no longer available on catalogue in the States. Expect to pay up to £25 each.
If you like collecting 7" pressings and those few already mentioned are not enough to wet your appatite then track down any promotional pressing issued up to this point, including 'Physical Attraction' and poster sleeve 'Borderline' which are by far the rarest.

LIKE A VIRGIN
Issued in 7" (29210) and 12" (20239), both carried the 'venise' picture sleeve which featured around the globe but never in the UK.
7" singles issued from 1984 to 1986 in picture sleeves and mint condition will easily cost up to £12.

MATERIAL GIRL
Issued in 7" (29083) and 12" (20304), both carried the 'pearls' picture sleeve, which once again appeared in many countries except for the UK.
CRAZY FOR YOU
Issued in 7" (28919) and 12" (12-6323) format. The b-side on Amrican pressings was 'No More Words' by Berlin, and both formats came with the traditional picture sleeve and fairly scarce.
'Crazy For You' can also be found on Warners "Back To Back Hits" catalogue, and has 'Gambler' on it's B side.
