A little later I saw a picture in the news papers of Madonna and Lourdes at the permier of Harry Potter in December 2005, and guess what Lourdes was clutching to? Yep a highly limited Celine Boogie PM handbag!

Madonna commissioned the French designer handbag makers Celine to make a limited edition of just 40 Boogie PM handbags at a cost of over £300 a bag! These bags were made solely for Madonna and for her to promote Confessions On A Dancefloor and finally appeared just before the release of Sorry in February 2006, although I first heard about these end of 2005 from a WEA contact.

Each Celine Boogie PM comes in a Celine cotton dust bag to protect the beautiful soft fabric of this designer handbag.

Each Celine Boogie PM is beautifully finished with a patchwork of quality Swarovski crystals, with quality soft leather handles and soft leather along the opening of the bag around the zip.

The inside is carefully filled with folded paper to keep the bag from becomming mis-shaped and once removed the real laether Celine tag can be seen, showing its authenticity. This includes the words: "Edition Limitee" which makes an already special bag super special.

This really is a special promo only item. It is pure quality, no wonder Lourdes was pictured with one. This really is one of my favourite Madonna goodies of all time! Although the Garard Madonna Disco Ball Charms are pretty cool also! Ill put a whole page up very soon dedicated to this other amazing COADF promo.

Along with inner leather tag each Celine Boogie PM comes with beasutiful leather customised round tag. This simply says "CELINE for MADONNA". When you think that most Celine bags start at near £1000, I wonder what these will be worth one day?

The final authenticity is given by two card labels which are certain to be ripped off and lost on any 'used' Celine Boogie PM's.

With 40 in existance and quite a few making it to their intended recipitants I dount many will make it on sale. There is certainly less than one bag per 150,000 people alive today!
